Timothy Hennigan Jr., Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Hennigan is the third generation of family to have owned and operated Hennigan Energy Services Group (formerly Hennigan Engineering). Under his leadership, the firm has grown and diversified into an international service company that performs some of the most technically complex projects in the industry. Tim holds a BA degree in Business Management and Industrial Psychology from UMASS Amherst. As CEO of Blue Wolf, Tim is responsible for executing the long-term strategy and vision for the company and its subsidiaries.

Randy Benefield, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Benefield joined Hennigan in 2009 as the General Manager and was promoted to President in 2018. He has led the company’s expansion of operations into the Southeast US. As COO of Blue Wolf, Randy is responsible for overseeing the company’s service delivery and ensuring a consistent commitment to quality across the platform’s diverse service lines.

Prior to joining Hennigan, Randy brought over 20 years of industrial and environmental experience holding management and executive leadership positions with Metropolitan Environmental Services, Deep South Industrial Services, MPW Industrial Services and OHM Remediation Services.

Chris Geppert, Chief Technology Officer, CEO Aqua Drill International

Mr. Geppert, co-founder and CEO of Aqua Drill International, has led Aqua Drill for over 25 years to become a leading technology provider in the specialized industrial cleaning space. Mr. Geppert holds an M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Darmstadt/Germany and moved to the US in 1994, bringing experience from his time working in Mercedes-Benz manufacturing facilities. He holds multiple patents and published ASME research for NASA Johnson Space Center.

As part of the Blue Wolf Team, Mr. Geppert serves as Chief Technology Officer and continues to lead the Aqua Drill and Blue Wolf innovative multi-national team of experts to develop and provide client-focused service solutions in a large variety of industrial markets.

Chad Justice, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Justice joined NHE Services (also known as National Heat Exchange Cleaning Corporation) in 2012 as the Controller and was promoted to CFO in 2013. As CFO of Blue Wolf, Chad is responsible for financial reporting and implementing process improvements through cross-platform collaboration. Chad has an MBA from Otterbein College, a BS in Business Administration from the Ohio State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Scott Harmon, VP of Sales

Mr. Harmon joined Blue Wolf in 2021. He started his career 30 years ago in the industrial cleaning service industry with Dowell Schlumberger and has led several field service and valve repair companies in the O&G and Power industries over the past 20 years. Scott has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University.

As VP of Sales, he is responsible for re-engineering sales and marketing processes across the platform to deliver our value proposition, partner with the right customers, and create raving fans.
