Blue Wolf’s Team was contacted in emergency conditions because of a power loss that caused an entire Plantwide emergency shutdown at one of the largest Chemical Plants in the country.  Blue Wolf’s team responded within 24 hours of the call and performed emergency cleaning of various piping, drain lines, and heat exchangers throughout the site.  Blue Wolf’s technology and performance greatly reduced the duration of the client’s forced plantwide shutdown.

BW was contracted to engineer and execute varnish mitigation and oil flush on five compressor trains during LyondellBasell’s turnaround. Our team executed the flush and developed a patent pending process for cleaning the compressors run-down vessels. BW’s process saved the site over $150,000 in labor resources vs. prior turnover activities.

The BW team has provided in line filtration, vacuum dehydration, heat exchanger cleaning and High Velocity Oil Flushing (HVOF) services at multiple plants across the United States for this customer.
